MY TRAINING WAY
Study of Protestant theology
with German and philosophy as subsidiary subjects (PH Karlsruhe). In the
following years, I was teacher at the Rudolf Steiner School and some vocational
schools. Training in Sacred Dance with Dr. Maria Gabriele Wosien followed.
Further I added advanced training into folklore dance and expression dance
and expression play (Jeux Dramatiques). The additional training as teacher
of Qigong and DO- IN opened a new range, nevertheless relative do
my working before, a kind of dance between Yin (earth) and Yang (sky).
In the course of time I developed, together with my husband, a characteristic
combination of dance and Qigong. It is a kind of meditation dance and movement,
called "Yuean Dao", that means the "round path". Yuean Dao connects
predominantly movement sequences from the traditional Chinese martial
art and Chinese therapy with particularly music, composed for our work.
The result are strengthening, gentle dances and movements of welfare.
The
music to our seminars had been made by the composer and musician Matthias
Graf, basing on various acoustic instruments. In the meantime, there are
some CDs ready, accompanied by detailed booklets with exercises and dancing
instructions. All these are available at the publishing house Balsies,

MY REQUEST
The
experiences, I made in this "dance between earth and sky", I would like
gladly to mediate: These are Dances, which are resonated also by
the soul. These are combined with the gentle and energy-increasing body
exercises from Yuean Dao. So these trainings develop an awareness of joy
and increasing of vitality. They strengthen self-confidence and promote
a meditativ centered way of living. Other creative experiencing forms are
added, e.g. expression play, fairy tale play, sound experiences and sometimes
also writing of poems (Haikus).
